What you'll do:
As a Shopping & Break Down volunteer, you'll help create a welcoming shopping experience for our neighbors visiting The Sharing Place Food Pantry! You'll assist guests as they shop, helping them make their selections and pick out items for their families. Volunteers may also help with restocking the shelves along the way, keep the shopping area organized, and break down the pantry after we close for shopping.
Location:
The Sharing Place Food Pantry: 6501 Sunnyside Rd, Indianapolis, IN 46236. Please enter through door #5 under The Sharing Place banner.
Shifts Available:
Every second Saturday of the month, 10:45 am- 1:30 pm

Individuals or small groups who enjoy connecting with people, organizing, and creating a welcoming environment for our neighbors who visit the pantry.
No matter your previous experience or background, we welcome volunteers of all skill levels! Training is provided, and our friendly team will be there to guide you every step of the way!
